Homebrew Suggestion from a nobody

Sometimes, I like to think that a properly capable audio player is overdue, at least one that could handle game sound-fonts(preferably .2sf and .gsf).
Or, something that could support the use of existing winamp plugins such as in_gsf.dll(Highly Advanced), in_snes.dll, in_adx.dll, or in_vio2sf.dll(2SF Decorder)

On an unrelated note, Minecraft's moon is where they hide the cheese blocks. Er, sponge blocks ;>_>

I mean I'd try my hand at it, but with the lack of proper documentation(especially in this particular subject), one could only get so far before being met with failure...(that, and I've no experience in this myself)
