Gaming Subspace Emissary crashes after Room 3 in The Battlefield fortress

The game crashes giving a black screen with Marth's Damage percentage is still present under the left of the screen,
The game is PAL region, and loaded from CFG USB Loader, with IOS 249 (Auto select)

FINE! I knew the solution myself, so there it is:-
USB compatibility list in GBATemp
and you must install Hermes cIOS 222 or load the game on USB Loader GX with cIOS 38 as said in the compatibility list.
