Stucked on white screen

Hi. I just got my New EZ Flash Omege DE
I tried to update to new kernel and it went wrong

I put latest kernel bin file to sd card
and put it in to console and press R and boot it.
then It just stucked on white screen and no update
I can see EZ Flash Logo but after that it shows just white screen.

So i tried recovery.
Ive downloaded recovery image and write it on sd card with win32.

I can get aproach to safe mode, I pressed update loader and it has been done

as the manual, I formatted it and put latest kernel again, Put in to my console, press r when turning on and wait till it shows update screen
but again, it just shows white screen.

So i tested card in safe mod.
it shows like this

read S71 ID Error
Read S98 ID OK
END

please help

According to the description inside the safe mode, this card is faulty.

Generally speaking is the S71 chip solder joint desoldering, if you can reach the dealer, just can contact him to replace.

If you cannot reach the seller, please follow the steps in the repair guide to fix. Basic Repair Guide of Current EZ-FLASH Products

I've got a new one now. but..
Hard to believe it has similar error.
After I got new one. I just put it in to GBA SP without a sd card for the test. (because last time, error was found when update)

Well. EZ Flash head directly to safe mod menu(Not Omega logo page)
same S71 error shows up.

at this time the white screen wasn't showed up, just stucked in safe mode with No_Loader_Found message.
as the manual. I tried recovery to put image to ez flash.

I used de-recovery.img from this forum
It still stuck in safe mod.

I have two consoles so I put it in to GBM.
Same procedure - same S71 error - no booting - no loader found
(of course my GBA SP and GBM is stock model, not custom or tuned model and original cards runs smoothly.)

I tried several times with fresh written sd card
some times the update loader shows
880% then end - no loader found

so after several tries, I thought that recovery image seems not to be load no matter how many times that i tried.

Dealer said they tested before shipping. they said it was OK

So at this time I used brand new 16gb sd card. fat32 formatted, file allocation unit size 32kb. just in case
(last time was 64gb, ex fat)

and same problem shows.

Maybe bad luck? or am I doing something wrong?
