Gaming Streaming problem

On video streaming sites, like youtube, I can't play more than 2 seconds until it stops. Usually when this happened I'd run CCleaner and after it'd work again but this time it's not working.
Any ideas?

Is it just Flash or is it all streams?
When it happens to me with Flash I just close Firefox and open it again and it works.
Re-installing Flash might work, TBH it happens rarely to me so I haven't looked for a solution.

Just flash I think, the only sites I've tried watching videos on today are Youtube and Vimeo.

Heh, I'm having the exact same problem, never had it before

EDIT: Andddd it's working again, haven't changed anything
