Homebrew strange ninjhax issue?

So I just got a copy of cubic ninja on my N3DS and when I go to create -> QR Code, I get "An error has occurred forcing the software to close The system will now restart"

I searched for someone else with this issue but came up with too many threads to look through them all. Any suggestions? The microSD I'm using is the one that came with my system and I have an active connection.

Edit: I just formatted my N3DS and tried again, still get the same error

edit 2: going to create -> edit level -> my data will also bring up the error. Should I try formatting the microSD externally (I don't have the tools on me so I would prefer not to end up with this option)

Sounds like the game card has already been used before and the hack has been saved to the card. On the main menu of the game, hold down L + R+ X + Y and that will prompt you to delete the game's save data from the card, select yes. That should solve your issue.

Are you running through a retail cart? Are you using gateway to run cubic ninja homebrew launcher? Are you using sky3ds or a retail cart to boot NTR or the GW exploit? What system nand is your 3ds and is it a N3ds or an O3ds?

Yea I got ninja'd and opened the tab when there where no responses

I guess the lesson here is before you return the game you used to hack your 3DS, remember to respect others and clear your hack
