Hacking Question strange game start message

I was on firmware 8.0.1 with my emuNand and everything worked fine, but today I have set up my emuNand(the whole sd-card) with firmware 8.1.0 and atmosphere 0.9.2.(I did everything new, means new emunand.)
If I want to start any game(installed nsps), I get the message that I should turn Flight mode off.
Does anyone know what is wrong or what I have to do?

This seems to be happening to a bunch of people lately and I'm starting to wonder if this is some new anti-piracy measure added in new FW.
