Hacking strange auto scrolling problem after firmware update

I have 2 R4i 3DS SDHC cards, one in a 3DS and one in a 2DS, just had to update the firmware for the first time since buying the cards (v1.82b), see video below, when I go to the list of games it just starts scrolling on it's own and I cannot stop it. I've been advised to downgrade the firmware but I cannot find a link to any previous versions. can anyone help please?

You can set the date of your console a few weeks/months back. It will work again.

R4i-sdhc.com/r4isdhc.com have this stupid "feature" that the firmware expires more or less every year until they release a new firmware.
