Hacking Sticker Star on CFW?

I've tried 2 different .cia's of Paper Mario Sticker Star on my rxTools EmuNand and both of them have returned an error. So my question is does Sticker Star actually work on CFW? Or are we only able to use it through flashcarts?

Works fine for me. Honestly, though, I launched it once and never played it again. Not really worth it once you see the battle system.

did it load at all or just error straight away what console version/sysnand/emunand revision are you using
also what version of rxtools this is all required info for anyone to help

eg im using EUR o3dsxl firmware 9.2 with bluecard fix downgraded twl_firm/AGB_firm and 6.x Mset
rxtools 3.0 beta 8fix gadorach version with emunand 10.1.0.27. and a EUR paper mario sticker star cia by diablo69
from that 'romsite' and it atleast loads to titlescreen just fine

Hmm, might have been due to the fact that it was a US game (With RF apparently) and I was trying to run it on a Eur system

I'm on sysNAND 7.2, latest firmware emuNAND, rxtools 2.6. 6.x mset, I believe, and it works perfectly

unless your using an old old version of rxtools (before region free was added) it makes no difference
about region on emunand im running a few jap games on mine as well

I'm using SysNAND 9.0.0-20E, latest firmware EmuNAND, rxTools (3.0 beta) 6.x MSET, other .cia files install and run fine (I have 2 currently) where as sticker star just goes black and gives me an error forcing me to reboot the console. Not even a frame of gameplay is shown

Did you ever get it to work? I'm on New 3DS Aus 9.0, trying to run on rxTools 9.5, using USA cia, ripped from my own cart using Gateway 3DS, and getting the xorpads with rxTools and making it with Simple CIA Converter. It loads and gives an error message. I think it is because the cia is forced regionfree. It doesn't work on my Gateway either as a cia, only as a rom.

Edit: The plot thickens. I converted my CIA using QeunoPack and made sure it did not use Region Free. Now it boots using Gateway, but errors using rxTools. So rxTools is not doing something with Regionfree right.

Diablo69's version was made quite a long time ago so it could possibly be the tool he used to make the cia may be the reason it doesn't work for you.
You can find a working cia of the game on some *snip* site

i try using Language Emulation plugin in NTR CFW , but it don't work

you probably have figured this out by now, but download a proper rom (.3ds, not cia) and convert it yourself.

I had the same problem. Get megasync, it downloads super fast and everybody hosts 3ds games on mega
