Hacking Suggestion Stern Pinball Arcade while banned?

Managed to get all the NSPs of Stern Pinball Arcade, but after booting, it's stuck on a black screen for a few minutes, then crashes.

Is it even possible to play when you're banned?

Depends if it needs to connects to Nintendo's servers.
Games that can be played offline should be no problem.
One simple way to test this is to turn off your Wifi connection.

There is a small possibility that something's wrong with your NSP.
You could try to get a new one from another source.
