I see the Longest Journey has won the community vote, highly recomended if your like click and points

What left people frustrated was that there were lots of Something Simulator going on the flash deals almost everytime.
I'm waiting for Arma II on the Flash Deals, but nothing yet. Maybe they won't even put it there? D:

I've been waiting on Arma to show up as well , I actually want it for the base game and not really day z. I'm not really a fan of shooters but I tried the demo the other week and really enjoyed the realism of the missons etc, I have a bad feeling it won't become a daily because of how well it was selling before the sale :S

So true, Arma 2 was always top of the top sellers list before the Steam sales started, so i doubt it will be discounted to a lower price, but you never know.

I haven't got the game myself, but it must have some appeal, i'm guessing it's the multiplayer that is the attraction.
DayZ. DayZ is IMO the main attraction, It's a mod for the game that basically turns the game into a zombie survival game, a bit like The Walking Dead in which that people are also going to kill you to take your stuff.
I just want to play ARMA 2, DayZ is just a really big bonus for me.

Here's to hoping there will be an awesome deal for ARMA 2: CO in due time :grog:

I see the community deal for The Longest Journey extends to its sequel, Dreamfall. Just had that so far today

E.Y.E. Divine Cybermancy is a flash deal, down to just $2.49. The trailers look decent enough for the price, but I'm still not sure. Can anyone that owns it give me some insight?

Is it worth buying Dreamfall AND its sequel together for $6.24 USD? Both look pretty neat.

Also, I'm with this guy:

^For $2.49 you can't go wrong. I got it as a free game in the Steam Christmas Coal event. It's a pretty decent game.

I cannot speak for Dreamfall yet (Dreamfall is the sequel, The Longest Journey is the predessor) but The Longest Journey was a great little game, and this is the cheapest i seen Dreamfall in god nows how long

It's an interesting game, sort of. The world itself is bland and uninteresting. Not to mention confusing. It pretty much drops you into the world and gives you very, very little direction.
The character building is decently interesting. There's a VERY severe lack of weapon variety.
Multiplayer is sort of fun but it's pretty much just butchering droves of dumbass AI over and over until the random level selecter puts you on a level with an attack helicopter that instantly nukes everyone playing, and then you gameover and it resumes going through random maps to kill droves of dumbass AI, again.
There is almost no one playing (when I got it, anyway. Dunno about now and I don't have it installed to check).

For $2.49, it might be worth checking out...but really, I wouldn't bother if given the choice over again. It isn't a very good game. Had some great concepts though.

I'd check some youtube videos of gameplay walkthroughs to get some raw footage of what to expect.

well todays deals are a lot better, the witcher 2, fallout new vegas, alan wake...would suit me if I didn't have the games already but others could greatly benefit here

Also do my eyes deceive me or is L4D 1 and 2 -75% again :O Flash sale for L4D at least!
If they are I just might pick up a few copies, everyone wants those games!

Also, Fallout New Vegas Complete, you will be mine!

I see L4D there but the link in the store doesn't work, you have to search it manually. I would bother with the game but the 360 one left a bitter taste in my mouth with it being too reliant on multiplayer

$10 for the ultimate edition... I did really want it on the 360 though :P
Same here. I wish some of these games were Games for Windows Live so I can earn achievements!
I really hope you're joking.
Games for Windows LIVE might suck but if you get integration with Steam anyway I don't see the problem. Anyone getting Nexuiz?? It's on a flash sale right now, paid $10 for it when it came out and it really needs more players.

GFWL is not shit-tier until you live in a country which it doesn't support.

The gratuitous deal suits me, i've been close to purchasing this a while ago but now it's for this price it's a must for me.
