Homebrew Status game thread on blargsnes, citragb, gameyob

Though F-zero "works" it works slow i am afraid. Until there is better compatibility for games it will keep being slow. so it is "playable" as long as you dont mind lag, also the region doesnt mean much from what i have seen still testing them all to be sure though.

F-Zero played fine for me (EU rom) on blargsnes (on N3dsXL via ironhax) - no lag or errors.

Hmmm just re-tested zelda-link to the past while it is slow it does not crash on me, you could try the europe version the chance for a difference is however quit slim. Re-tested F-zero j & u it is slow to the extend that there are 1 seconds pauses between sounds for me. Might the rom that you have be patched? for some roms patches make them more playable i am testing unpatched atm so that might explain the difference.

Be aware that blargSNES had been developed using an o3DS and the current 1.3 was released before NinjHax 2.0 was a thing. So running on an n3DS and/or using NinjHax 2.0+ could cause differences in compatibility.

I see the problem and its a bit my fault should have read better -.- sorry for that. Seems that i missed the blargsnes part i, am busy testing on citragb atm not blargsnes that is another person. Quit embarrasing i admit but then again humans learn from mistakes. so ignore several post back from me

i have only played a handfull of games on blargsnes and quit alot of games seem to have trouble with crashes the games that work for me on it are earthbound the kaizo mario hacks, and the lufia games the rest crashes after the intro screen

MOTHER 1 + 2 (English Patch) - The 'Select a game to play' screen is slow, MOTHER is slow when NPCs are moving around the map(s), but is fine when you are in menus, checking maps, battling or talking to NPCs. MOTHER 2's whole intro sequence is slow, so is the naming screen, and all gameplay, so, pretty much all of the MOTHER 2 portion is slow.

With CirtAGB, I tried to run "Magical Quest 2 Starring Mickey and Minnie" (which is one of my favorite underrated GBA Games) and it runs as slow as molasses

I'm running CirAGB on a 9.9.0-26U o3DS

of the mother series on GBA i have only tested mother 3 (english patched) because it was in my personal folder, and that one didnt start at all. Many games run slow on citragb since it is only an intrepeter, in short atm you just need to have luck that the games you want to play work good enough to be playable.

Weird, i did a whole stage in F-zero and it worked just fine for me! Wasn't slow or anything.. My compatibility list still needs tweaking. If anyone wants to tag in you're welcome

There is no citragb page at all yet for so far i can find and see. Its always handy for people of there is a wiki page they wouldnt need to constantly find links to the lists. Will still be using pastebin till i have tested them all though it is a bit handier for constant updates.

Same setup as Tomato Hentai -- MOTHER 3 fan translation doesn't load on CitrAGB. Freezes the system entirely.
