A lot of games are missing, sadly! I'm doing *all* of them. It doesn't compare that much. I'll start by filtering all the games into natively working / not working & then can work out details.

GameYOB emulator citraAGB and some applications like FBI does not work right for me on tubeHax and ironhax with the version 2.1 of ninjhax i got mostly red screen.
Then i try with version 2.0 there works he only one time after i play something but after restart not more on GameYOB but the others works fine what going on there?.
Then i try version 1.1 and 1.0 there says that i have no folder 3DS or 3ds named but he is there.

Recommend is Still use Ninjhax v2.0 or older (v1.1 v1.0 if you get the 3ds folder work im not sure witch sd card now supports) from boot.3dsx if you want use the old applications the mostly does not work right with v2.1 because they most update or something that works normaly with 2.1.

Lufia II rise of the sinistral working

Lufia II works partially. In the first dungeon there is a room with 2 switches hidden under a bush, 2 pots and a single? mushroom enemy. When you try to pick the pot, the game freezes.

Update your boot.3dsx. It's still "2.1", but the launcher was fixed.

Blargsnes and Super Mario Allstars (Europe): Super Mario Bros. works flawless, SMB 2 and 3 not.

Yoshi's Island doesn't work on BlargSnes.
EDIT: Magical Quest starring Mickey Mouse and Super Mario World (both USA) runs fine.
