Unless they have cracked switch to CDN conversation and able to generate different switch device id for every download - OR they do this themselves to host on server for user downloads OR they just download Scene and then host to site.

Ugh, you've been told by numerous people that you're wrong, I'm a bit surprised you're so adamant about it. The review guy got the wrong impression due to having to remove any dns blocking services, which will be the case for anything that uses a URL and not straight IP addresses. As has been mentioned numerous times, it will work even if you block every nintendo address under the sun and that should be all the proof you need. Not to mention that it works for banned consoles.

Also, when I looked, there were 0 (zero) mentions anywhere on their site about downloading direct from nintendo's CDN. You're the only one who claims it does this, how about you prove it and we'll apologise and admit you're right.

Evidence 2 - Their changelog of games match 100% the public list of unlocked games by the community on Discord

If it VPNs home, then Wireshark won't help. He tested if it worked without Nintendo's servers and it does. That is proof!

I had read the entire thread and nothing you said changed in the least. How about you do some research? Reading a single review and taking it as gospel is not research. After you do that, try applying some common sense to the problem.
