Hacking SSBB and bitsetting?

I have a ton of Verbatim +R's, and since I don't really want to go out and buy more -R's (but I will if need be), someone told me I just needed to bitset/booktype. I'll keep this short.

I have a burner that can do this.

It told me to use dvd-decrypter to booktype. Do I tell the DVD that it is a DVD-ROM before burning? Do I even use dvd-decrypter?

You don't need to bitset, the wii will read +R fine, unless you got some kind of weird mod-chip that doesn't support it.

Burn (@x4) and play. Thats all.
