I can't get splathax to connect with the wii u either. I know I've put my IP in correctly. I've checked 5 times it's right. I've tried the TCP Gecko Installer + kernel option then Loading TCP Gecko + Kernel and waiting at start menu of splatoon before the news too and still Splathax cannot connect to the wii u. Any help is greatly appreciated and Merry Christmas.

Have you enabled Dev tools to see your "Wii U's" IP Address not your computer's IP

Yes. Went to browser settings and enabled the dev tools and got my WII U's ip not my comp.

Both Wii U and computer use same wifi network.


Also SD caffine definitely works for Smash Bros. But TCP Gecko is not working with Splathax if that means anything. I've tried so much still haven't figured out why splathax can't connect with wii u when its at the start menu of splatoon with tcp gecko active.

Someone please help. Splathax is still working for people with the latest firmware even though its not being supported anymore. Struggling to find an answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's my IP address. My Ip recently changed and I got a new one on my wii u but when I put it into to Splathax it immediately fails to connect. With the old IP however it would take a while before it gave me that error to connect to tcp gecko has failed. Someone please tell me how to find my right IP to the wii u cause developer tools doesn't seem to give me the right IP.
