Gaming spirit tracks problem

a year ago i was in front of the final boss in spirit tracks saved then accidentally deleted my save and my rom
i downloaded another rom and began the game
when i arrived in the wood sanctuary but i can't seem to pass the song even if i make it right and respect all the conditions
i did like all the persons in the videos but vain!, i made another save file still doesn't work
i deleted the rom and the save file and gave up
but now i really wanna finish it so i began replaying and i have the same problem!
how can i pass it

btw i have an r4i-sdhc with v 1.34
i passed that song long ago

I beat it on the first try

I did nothing more than walking to the locomodude, completing the song and skipping the short message to save the file. (On Supercard DSTWO, with a clean USA ROM.)

I don't know, it might have been the problem of the cracked version.
If you ever need to get another song done, and it doesn't work, you can ask again.

same problem with the 2nd song
i don't think it's the cracked version because i once finished all the duets with it and i also tried a clean eu rom
i think it's the new firmwares because i could finish the songs with the old ones
and also i succeed in the training so i doubt i'm doing it wrong
i'll try to do it on my friend's original r4 with wood so i can confirm if it's from the flashcart
and i really think i'm gonna sell both my r4i-sdhc carts(i got one for free) to get a dstwo, it sucks
