It seems that NIS America are publishing it and it should come out this winter.
Personally, I'm surprised about how most Atlus' 3DS games are actually being localised here.

This is a reason for me to get a 3DS, I have no intention to play the Japanese Saturn version and I would not import a U.S 3DS just for it. Good, good.
