You need to cycle your mac addresses, mine changes 5 minutes.

well i do too but my phione isnt rooted and I just NintendoSpotPass2 as my wifi name and that gets me some people every 8 hours

streetpass relay, homepass, its all the same thing.. never worked for me. Neither do the fancy android apps since Sprint 3G is literally shit. Oh well
