Hi i am so frustrated with my 3ds anybody knows a way how to brick it. Its on 11.0.0 firmware because i messed up a9lh..now i just want to brick it i cant do anything with it just play pokemon x and with my r4!
Any way how to brick it? How can i put it forever in black screen of death or blue screen.

I think someone made a tool privately to brick DS mode unless you format, either that or take a nine volt battery to the nand :)

Open it up, short two of the data connections that you use for the hardmod
you can make it with some electrical tape and a wire and you can easily remove it later
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That's really no reason to brick your console, if you're willing to break it why not try hard-modding it instead? Which on one hand might brick it, but on the other hand allow you to downgrade and try a9lh again if you succeed.

I'll take it if you don't want it. :)

Now now guys, the guy wants to brick his 3DS, let him brick it. ;)

A quick and easy way is to drop it back first without it case into a tub of water, which will short out the NAND.

@NoNAND just export a DSiWare to "wnand:/" (not sure about this one), or any sensitive path. This is doable from ARM11 userland (provided you take over System settings)
And everyone said that you could never brick in userland!

Why not send it to gamequest1 to get it hardmoded/downgraded since he is located in the UK?
