Hi everyone,

I got my hands on a Fresh retail unit booting straight into internal QA/diag environment (⁠/rom:/inspection config⁠).

Final OS flash step appears to have been missed at production.

Looking to connect with hardware security researchers interested in inspecting/analyzing this build.

If I am not mistaken a few of these have been around already, from what I've heard it appears to irrelevant for anything modding related.

Yep
Since these are retail units all the physical security is still in place.
While in theory you prob could find a way to take over the QA fimrware. Congrats you took over the QA firmwware. Not like it can actually run or decrypt any retail software nor can you install it on a normal switch 2.
