Yes, open the Readme psl1ght file to get instructions. I think there's a mistake though the sdl2 config file is supposed to go in the portlibs/ppu/bin of the sdk.

No, you can do the command sudo mv or sudo copy -r with the original location then new location. If using copy with a file, don't include -r.
