So are 9.2 users supposed to downgrade? Is there a point in doing so if you're just an average user? Is there any harm in downgrading such as losing saves or eshop titles? I'd prefer not to downgrade if I don't have to.

Couple of questions

1) If EmmuNAND is working on 4.5+, why would anyone downgrade to 4.5?

2) Will downgrade be possible for systems that never were on 4.5? My 3DS XL was a refurb and so came with 8.1, but the model itself probably came with 4.5 at some point.
May someone be so friendly and answer these questions?

I just noticed you can use emuNand un 9.2 but im still scared lol

Is there a problem if i install emuNand later? (i mean im playing just .3ds games now, is it risky to do it? ) or is it better if I install emuNand right now and update to 9.4?

Can someone give instructions on how to update Emunand? I run the exploit, go to system settings, but it still says "Ver 9.0...."

Do i need to format my emunand first? I remember having to do that with my 4.5 3ds

plz help, i'm a sky3ds fanboy and never used gw before!!

Can't update emuNAND to 9.4 from System Settings, gives the "An error has occured, unable to update" message every time. Could just be the wi-fi, but I've tried it three times already.

As someone already said its a pain in the ass to have an internet connection outdoors anytime. Imagine if you want to use your 3ds in airoplane. Where can you find internet to to trigger the exploit?
I think you have quoted the wrong guy.

No They are not, how would you even attempt so

Well, gateway mode works in 9.2 sysnand. I haven't created an emunand yet. So devmenu won't run? or installed files won't run?

I probably sound like an idiot but that is for conveniences if I could install my homebrews on sysnand :P

HUM, I am not sure not having an emunand actually lets you load sysnand with gw card working.... though it should... I would have to try and remove the emunand from my sd card and then load sysnand and install the cia. Does any one know if this works. And if so can the cia be run in non gateway mode.

Very interesting, in gw sysnand mode, can you see your retail carts? The reason I ask, is that I would love a way to use savdatafiler on retail carts
