Is it just an alternative to Menuhax? Can you still boot into emunand with this, or is there more to it?
For example what would be different if I decided to run A9LH instead of my current setup which is standard sysnand and emunand with cfw and menuhax?

100% and quicker boot rate into emunand. And who knows what they will do later with that entrypoint. I would recommend it. But, at the same time, if you are content with your set up you have, keep that. I really like it, switched to A9lh a few days ago and I'm glad I did. Your current emunand and sysnand will work fine with it.

wait hold up! it also allows access to decrypt9 if u brick your device so u can unbrick so practically a mini hardmod
