Can someone pm me with the best way to learn japanese? I realize that it is definitely difficult to learn and will take a long time but I need a push in the right direction.

Well first I would start learning every character.
Learn what each one sounds like, and be able to recall what the character looks like when given the sound and vice versa. (run-on lol)
Anyways, its just learning any other language. First step is always to learn the "alphabet".
After you have that down pat, just build up on vocabulary.

If you google how to learn Japanese, I am sure there are plenty of online resources.

Darthnemesis patch has more translated than Deufeufeu, I think deufeufeu only has skills and menu while darthnemesis' patch contains most text translated until Act 3; This is mainly due because Darthnemesis is usually working on this everyday and its an open translation, you see a patch every 3 days at least

Just to answer this: No it doesn't mean that the translater didn't fill that part. It just means, that the character remains silent, thinking, doesn't say anything, or when you see this line in the middle of a sentence, normally the character gets interrupted. Something like this. I hope that's what you meant.
