PS1/2 SOFTMOD, grey screen, joystick problems

Hi everyone, so i softmoded my PS2 Slim with MCBoot and i have some problems:

First is when im launching copied game it launch in grey screen, but when i launch original game cd/dvd screen are normal, not grey screen..
Second when copied game is launched in grey screen joysticks not working the funny thing is that in MCBoot menu screen joysticks are working fine...

So dudes and girls how to solve that problems?
