Hacking softmii 1.0 alpha to softmii v2.1

i currently have my wii running softmii 1.0 alpha,preloader 0.28 with the hacks from hic 03 and cMIOS rev3 for gamecube backups
to update to softmii 2.1 it says start from phase 3
am i right in saying all i need to do is run hack remover and install the hacks from softmii 2.1?

Yup, because I'm pretty sure all that was changed was the SoftMii Tweaks Application.

actually only the .app files included so you can now have a complete themed graphics on your Wii, and you don't need to upgrade softmii ever (unless WnKK or WG release a new cIOS_r8) it is a bundle of aplications, you can just upgrade the aplications and you'll be as up-to-date as you want to be...!!!
