Hacking Soft Reset GBA Games

Hi,
I am using Acekard (AKAIO 1.8.1) with Easy Flash 3 in 1. My question is, can you use soft reset while playing a GBA game? Soft reset works on NDS games but I can't seem to use it while playing GBA Games.

If I remember correctly, there is only the in-game soft-reset. L+R+Start+Select. No way to reset a GBA game and go back to the AKAIO menu.

Yeah, it's a hardware limitation. Soft reseting GBA games is impossible.

no it's not you just can't soft reset gba with akaio. You can soft reset, use cheats, and real time save with gba if you have the right setup.

Yes, it IS a hardware limitation.

You can go from DS Mode (i.e. Acekard) to GBA Mode (i.e. EZFlash 3in1), but you CANNOT go from GBA mode to DS Mode.
