Homebrew So what do you suggest for homebrew development?

So I've decided to try and make homebrew. My current plan is to make a simple 2D game. So what do I need other than a PC, a 3DS and devkitARM? Also I think I'll use plain C.

I recommend LÖVEPotion or lpp-3ds.

I started to learn 10 years ago, so I don't remember a specific place but there are lots of resources out there. http://www.learn-c.org/ seems pretty convenient. If you need help or get done with the basics and need help moving on feel free to contact me
