if you are so desperate and have no hax and no entry points... maybe.
if you have hax or an entry point or are not desperate, no.

We have no idea what existing entrypoints will be blocked on 11.1 so it's a good idea to stockpile recent entry points if possible.
And Smilebasic is worth $10 anyway just on it's own merits. Some of the japanese homebrew is really impressive -- Solid Gunner is worth $10 on it's own.
or use freeshop ;)

greetings
Don't know if people with arm9 access are in a rush grab entrypoints lol

Actually, you don't even need to rush (with freeShop) since all the older games with entrypoints weren't removed from the servers. Only links in the real eShop are gone

The US version of this has never been dumped, right?

There's no listing for it on 3dsdb, just the JP version, and that's all there is on that ISO site, too.

Hopefully someone will dump it. I don't need it, but I like to try new exploits just out of curiosity.

I haven't used any of these downloaders. There's something kind of over the line about it I feel. But maybe I should get over it.

Is Freeshop better than CIAngel?

Well the titlekeys for the US SmileBASIC are on that titlekey site.

Does the eShop old version downloader work with removed games like VVVVVV, and soon to be removed SmileBASIC? I guess if it were that easy to get removed games with homebrew, people wouldn't make such a big fuss when the games are removed - so I guess it mustn't work.

Removed (like what happened to the exploitable Ironfall after both its 1.2 release and hans's release) nope, but delisted (almost every other "removed" game, including all the exploit ones) sure!
If someone who got it back when it was possible can redownload it, then it's on CDN and can be obtained with Funkycia or any non-eshop-app-using ticket solution!

Do you realize that your reasoning is completely illogical? If Nintendo somehow magically break A9LH, we're not gonna have CFW = sig checks not patched, so freeshop downloaded games wouldn't even work. There's absolutely no reason to download it through freeShop unless you're planning on playing it.
