Endings: I don't know how the endings look like, but the files "FIN_true.tpl", "FIN_normal.tpl" and "BadEnd.tpl" are the same as in the japanese version.
Missing video: I could upload it to YouTube or something, but it would be without audio and subtitles as that's how it is in the ISO...
