I created an EmuNAND:

But I don't see it in the menu:

So am I running an EmuNAND or not?

In HOS Settings - > System

At the end of FW version you should have E - Emummc instead of S - Sysmmc

OK, so mine says 1.5.1|E at the end, guess it's an EmuNAND then. I just found it strange because this was the 1st time I installed these things from scratch on my Switch Lite, the guy who install the modchip last year did the initial install and I had 3 choices in the Launch menu.

Those entries are created inside hekate_ipl.ini

go to microSD Card\bootloader
open hekate_ipl.ini with any text editor
and change entry according to what you need

for example
Code:
[Atmosphere] -> emunand atmosphere
fss0=atmosphere/package3
kip1patch=nosigchk
emummcforce=1
atmosphere=1
icon=bootloader/res/atmosphere.bmp

[SysNAND] -> if you ever need boot to sysnand
fss0=atmosphere/package3
emummc_force_disable=1
stock=1
icon=bootloader/res/icon_switch.bmp

[Lockpick] -> if you want to boot payload short cut here
payload=bootloader/payloads/Lockpick_RCM.bin
icon=bootloader/res/lockpick.bmp

[Android] -> if you use switchdroid
payload=switchroot_android/coreboot.rom
icon=bootloader/res/android.bmp

I have my emunand background set to black and ofw white it makes it very easy to know
That is one way, but I can't stand light themes.
The way I did it is change the names and icons of the profiles. And I also use a custom theme on emuNAND, but that can't always be relied on as an indicator since the custom theme must be uninstalled before performing an update.
Once you have nsps installed on emuNAND, it's pretty easy to tell anyway, since they'll only show up in emuNAND.
But when I first set up an emuNAND, I rebooted back into sysNAND after changing the profiles to see that the change didn't affect it (just to make doubly sure) before installing anything.
