Even intellectual property would be tangible at some level, likewise the likes belong to Costello (Tempy really but Costello is his earthy actor) and they are just being loaned.

I suppose you might argue you are being deprived of epeen interest but that would be a hard thing to argue for, even in the court of public opinion.
