am i doing something wrong here.. patched it to work on my R4, seems to bootup fine. i choose to playmario kart and it comes up with a white nintendo logo on a black screen then stops doing anything.. is this something to do with me or is the emu just not able to play this game?

I'm sure that'll be updated with 0.4 info. Yea don't set your expectations too high. Most of the games have glitches that prevent you from enjoying the game (i.e. immersion). What the emu author needs to provide is more control for the user regarding backgrounds/layer display. Currently it's not enough. Great effort though. The two emu authors need to combine forces

I do not know why but i think it did not go beyond nintendo logo, tried few mins ago

I found Power Instinct to be as perfect as it's going to get for a snes emu on nds

If you never played Chrono Trigger, I suggest you go play it NAO!

It's the best RPG for the SNES, and one of the best EVAR!

I found Power Instinct to be as perfect as it's going to get for a snes emu on nds

SMB3 worked fine for me on Super Mario All-Stars, with wait vblank turned on. No graphical glitches at all, runs at 100% speed all the time, and sound is perfect, as far as i can see.

i couldnt play zombies ate my neighbour in my r4... it detects the roms and all the stuff... i have it patched with dldi of the R4 but it just doesnt start u.u am i doing something wrong? isnt it suposed to run?

Turn on wait vblank to get rid of graphic glitches.

After trying alot of games, it seems that even the 'bugs' from snezzids was transfered over.
To be honest, I prefer the previous version with his engine. Sure, most games run at perfect speed with a tweak here and there. But there's too much random freezes for the speed to actually compensate it.

Some examples from the tests I did today:

Castlevania 4 has like 20% chance of freezing when entering a new stage
Sensible soccer froze at the menu
SMB all stars froze at the start of the first castle (might be a % chance as well, but didn't bother to play through there again as I didn't save)
Zombies ate my neighbors isn't running at all now

The old version pretty much was 'you get what you see'. The speed wasn't perfect, but when a game worked.. it worked. No freezings etc. Just the common graphic errors and layers.
So im gonna stick with the previous version till this snezzids engine gets properly polished.

Still glad to see some progress and hopefully bubble will pick up interest in the emulator again now that he has an indirect co worker by his side

Hope those graphics bugs are fixed so SF2, Ninja warriors, Xmen Mutant Apocalypse (any game where you hear the sound, but can only see remnants of the title screen) might be playable

TMNT4 works perfectly yay
Rockman and Bass runs perfect except for extra bass on the music (i know there's a gba version but that blows)
