yeah, I already used Sneek and Uneek without problem.
setting.txt is present and all boots quickly (I made a clean 4.2E with showmiinand), nothing is installed on it.

Edit :
Got Sneek+DI working with Rev78 !
Code:
$IOSVersion: SSL: 02/27/08 19:26:09 64M Release/builder/HEAD $
Set IPC access rights: salt=ffff0000, n=0
ES:ES_LaunchSYS->LoadPPC:0
ES:NANDLoadFile:138fb740 size:676
$IOSVersion: WL: 08/04/08 01:49:17 64M Ver.4.30.47.2/Release $
ES:ES_GetUID:1
ES:SetUID( 0xF, 0x1001 ):0
PPCBoot("/title/00000001/00000002/content/0000008b.app"):0
ES:looping!
No OHCI errors at all
The wii light flashing occurs right after this line PPCBoot("/title/00000001/00000002/content/0000008b.app"):0

starting from 79, it should check something else which I don't have.
maybe my drives doesn't work with USB1.1 (OHCI) but only 2.0 (EHCI) ? Or is it related at all ?

Note :
Boot2_di.bin r80 + di.bin r78 = working combinaison.

SNEEK Issue 35

???

Yes, I saw that issue, but mine is a little different as r79 is not working for me, while the issue report only a change from r79->r80 which broke the di compatibility.

can this be the reason why i have to powercycle my wii for sneek + di to work?
at first boot, no signal, pwer off + power on = work.

i don't like powercycling my wii tho

Sometime The USB is detected but not ready (it hang at game path reading) and give a bug report (few page of code) after few second of unsuccessful reading.
I need to reboot few times before the USB seems readable for sneek+di to continue running.
I can give the exact position on the gecko log, and the error log if needed. no signal is sent if that error occurs.
Maybe you have the same problem.

No, not for me. This issue made one of my USB hard drives completely incompatible. I still have to power cycle even with compatible drives.

I am starting to believe something is inheritently wrong with my Wii.
Used SNEEK installer today with fresh files from everywhere, then did an FS dump with the FS dumper on the SNEEK page, installing SNEEK-DI.
Started with shared2 and system menu data folder wiped (setting.txt still present).
Priiloader came up, complaining about missing hacks.ini.
Restored hacks.ini from the dump.
Black screen.
Checked FAQ, priiloader is incompatible. Deleted according to FAQ.
Still black screen.
Tried pretty much every combination of folder contents present, waited for 10 minutes at each attempt, still black screen.
The TV went to standby during all those black screens, so they were most likely blank screens without TV signal.

Hardware:
Launch PAL Wii
RGB video cable
No GameCube hardware inserted during bootup
Software:
System Menu 3.2
IOS30 unmodified, but old
IOS35 unmodified and old (pre-signing-bug-fix)
IOS36 see 35
IOS37, 38 and 55 hacked to insert signing bug
IOS60 not installed
IOS70 not installed

I am starting to think that either SNEEK or my Wii hates me.

You should try Sneek first (without DI module) to create the working and booting nand.
DI has some problem with 2 latest revision (well not counting wiki update revision), so we don't know if your problem is related to DI or not.

if you make a FSdump (instead of a scratch nand), just remove priiloader and leave all the other folders intact. It will be slow but you know your nand is working then.
When you manage to boot Sneek, then try Uneek if you want.
For Sneek+di, you will have to downgrade to at least revision 78 to be sure if it's working or not with your hardware.

I still cant get my DI to work! I can get the game loaded in the disc channel but no matter which one I pick it blackscreens when I press start game in the disc channel.

is it possible to install DarkCORP, dump the NAND and run games in the disc channel with UNEEK?
You can use normal SNEEK to load games from the disk channel with it by installing the cIOSCORP (haven't tried DARKCORP but it should work i suppose.) wads into your NAND using showmiinand.
