I compile r76 and it boots fine but it gives me the unable to read disc error. If I delete the di.bin and copy my r74 di to my sd card it reads the games fine. Anyone have a clue what I'm doing wrong.

I still have priiloader on my sd nand. I use it to auto boot to NSMB for testing reggie stages. My real priiloader is set to boot Bootmii IOS and my sd priiloader is set to Force Recovery Mode. This way it loads NSMB (or whatever my slot.bin is set to) with out going through the system menu.
Cyan said:the HBC loading at boot intrigued me, so I retried it :
- run boot2_usb.bin, and launch homebrew channel
- black screen, no HBC loading
- hard switch off the Wii
- switch on the Wii ... and here I have HBC again with apps from USB on screen without even Sneek loading the NAND.
It is the HBC from the nand because it's not up to date (1.0.3, while my real nand is 1.0.6)
from HBC menu I can't return to system menu or launch bootmii.
How could it boot USB nand HBC at console start without even a bootmii.ini file to tell what to boot ? It must have clear the memory while being witched off, how could the Wii remember I tried to launch HBC on the previous run ?
I observed exactly the same thing a few days ago with r76. I made these changes:
in es.c:
In main.c of the es module:Code://Skip SD module ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ//if( 4 == *(u16*)(TMD_Data+0x1E8+0x24*i) ) ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ//{ ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ//if( ISFS_IsUSB() == FS_ENOENT2 ) ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ//continue; ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ//}
CODE//ret = device_register("/dev/sdio", queueid );

edit: so in r76 using sd-nand can we enable sd access for homebrew? i've been trying to use sneek2sneekplus so i can switch games easier but it says "x. file can't be found on the sd card" even though it is on there. And i checked what had to be changed before and i can't find it, i can find sd for system menuand enable it but i dont want that on![]()
i'm gonna find a decent harddrive to test SSBB once more, i don't think the dumping is the problem. But to be sure i have to try it from another medium.bailli said:As I said my wbfs_file mod isn't much tested - so if your dump is really corrupted it might be a problem with my mod...
I will have a closer look sometime this week...
