Hacking SNEEK Japanese - Why is it stuck on a Black Screen?

Trying to run a v4.3J SNEEK NAND that's brand new (my Wii has v4.3U on it) and first was stuck on
Press A to Continue". Even after resyncing Wii Remotes, they show up on the screen but I can't continue.

I replaced the SYSCONF with a v4.3J NAND and now it stays at a black screen after the health screen.

I know it takes a while on the first try to do the Wii Message Board stuff but I have left it on for more than an hour and still is stuck at the screen.

Tried Maintenance Mode and it works but still want to know what do I have to do to get past this black screen?
