SMRPG or FF7

But i think that Mario RPG deserves a rerelease more than ff7, it's less known to the mass.

Yeah, that's true

And it's 16-bit, so it would fit DS perfectly.

But Square-Enix these times is more interested in releasing crappy FF sequels that don't deserve that name... (see FF12)

IMO, FF7 sucks, just a regular "ohlooki'memokthx" crappy turn based game.
SMRPG had humour, neat graphics (In all honesty, SMRPG graphics look so much better than FF7), better battle system.
