Gaming smg save file

I downloaded Super Mario Galaxy save file from the Download section, but im not sure how to copy it to my wii. Can somebody tell me how to do this?

For your own good. The game's massive fun, you shouldn't download a savegame.

Second, I really don't know

make a smg save file on your wii.
copy it to a empty sd card.
put your sd card and locate the save file.
next make sure the file name is the same as the one from the wii.
then replace the mem card file.
next delete the save file off the wii system then copy over the one from the mem card
