ROM Hack Question Smash ultimate: how to obtain special event missed spirits?

Is there any way (cheat ? ) to unlock special event spirit that I missed? I missed 1347 to 1351 spirits

Using « unlock all spirits » froms Edizon just unlocks base spirit and not special event spirits

You can edit the spirts_db prc to make all of the event ones appear on the board and the shop, i have done so myself
