Hmm so did the update from SSBB when done until 100% change u'r firmware?

Like:
NTSC-U (3.1U) -> NTSC-J (3.1J)
PAL (3.1E) -> NTSC-J (3.1J)

I have a NTSC console Wiikey with SMG update.... do u need a 1.3 config disk to change region settings to "ON"??

and the mariogalaxy update is 3.0U isn't it? cuz i have the game and my firmware doesn't read 3.1U

and for the 1.3 config disk, whats the difference between GCOS versions, and Hex'd versions??

also if u patch with region frii does it mean that u don't need to turn region overide "ON" with config 1.3? I don't want to burn an extra disk

I didn't have to turn it on, it was already turned on for me. This might have had something to do however, with that I had it turned on before the update.

As far as I know the SMG update is 3.1, at least that's how it was for me (PAL release).

GCOS and Hex'd, I know nothing about, sorry.

I believe in theory, that wiikey patches your DVD with region frii already, so I think when you patch it yourself, you won't have to turn region override on then

1: if i update with this then i wont need to update with the dl one will i?
2: when you say vs matches does that mean vs matches with ya mates or by yaself?
3: when brawl comes out in the uk and i update off that disk wil the dual channels go?

1. Nope, not if you let it run for the full 100% I'm not sure what happens with the 15% trick however.
2. VS matches with friends or against the computer. The quickest way is probably just to go with 2 friends, stocks on 1 live and jump to death as soon as possible.
3. No they won't, you will have to wait until a new firmware release (3.2 for example), which might come with Mario Kart Wii. You can drag your 2 extra channels out of sight though, and you won't notice anything of it.

2. Burned 2 copies: 1 'normal, unpatched' one and 1 patched with BrickBlocker (went really fast, dont know if that's supposed to)
3. Dit the 15% thing
4. Inserted the patched version of Brawl
5. Got the Brawl window and clicked it
6. Got an error message: Error code #001: Unauthorized something...

What do I do now? I was so close! Please help!

-Coin launcher works
-"masterpieces" don't
-the videos at the data section are freezing in the middle
-break the targets working
-homerun contest working
-multi-man brawl works
-event mode works
-of course SSE doesn't, just the first level
-classic freezes after the credits, and your progress is not saved when it does
-VS mode works
-on wi-fi the spectator mode works, the random didn't match me with anyone
-special brawl works
-album works (screenshot taking)
-my music (and all music

) works

that's all that came in my mind now

Update your Wiikey to 1.9g (had the same problem), then it should work

@ KennethNL, if you would have read the first post, you would have known. Anyway, just update your wiikey to 1.9g and it should all be fixed.

can anyone tell me the name of there iso they get after extraction please my ISO is named DX thats it and ive tried 3 different medias that give me cant read the dsisc errors but will work fine when i burn other wii ISOs..thinking i may have a bad image.

Have a PAL WII with firmware 3.1e and a D2ckey mod.
