The mattress has to be on a low bed frame and near the wall, I hate high bed frames.

I can sleep anywhere, but I prefer a soft bed, no lights or music.

I fallen asleep in cars, boats and back of moving vans.

When I used to manage a bar, I fell asleep on the pool table and once fell asleep half standing half laying on the bar counter. Funnily back then my average sleep was about 3 hours a night.

I've fallen asleep in front of a computer many times.

The only problem I have with sleep now is that I can't stay asleep for long. I wake up multiple times in the night. The longest I've gone continuously has been about 2 hours. I've been like this for about 15 years.

Yes. Why? I have no idea. It only happened once. I was the only person in the house when it happened.

Not really. I usually have some Coffee/Tea half an hour or so before I go to bed, though.

It would probably take a punch to the face to wake me up on most days.

Do you prefer it cold or warmer room to sleep in? - Depends on the season.
Do you need to quench your thirst before being able to fall asleep? If so what? - Doesn't matter either way. If I do, just water.
Do you need snack/eat something before being able to nod off? What is your snack of choice? - Not a necessity, but a standard dinner is fine.
Are you a sound sleeper? How sound? - The opening of a door sets me off.

Normally I like it quiet; no TV, no lights. I can't sleep in cars because the street lights keep me up. However, if I'm tired enough or it's really late at a party I can sleep pretty much anywhere. Slept on a dining room chair once

My brother's lucky. He can listen to an audiobook, and it helps him fall asleep. I, on the other hand, will stay up to 5 in the morning if I have something to concentrate on. I envy my brother.
