Hacking Sky3DS+ set up? (Private headers question)

Okay, my nephew got a Sky3DS+ for his birthday (lucky him, costs about $150 Canadian here) and I can dump a private header for him from his copy of Scribblenauts Unlimited. (I have a cfw machine, his parents don't want him messing with the firmware of a 3ds) How do I edit it/use it/apply it?

You go on the SKY3DS+ website and you follow the instructions.
Basically it's a just a case of copy/paste the header in a config file. Depending on the way you get the header you may have to remove the spaces. The header should be like that 1234567890... and not 12 34 56 78 90 etc.
