Hacking sky3ds plus problem ..

hi ..

i just bought the new sky3ds plus and i did as the instructions say .. i downloaded the newest gamelist and put it in the root of the micro sd card .. with the 3ds roms ..
but when i insert the 3ds cartridge it deos not appear in the 3ds like there is no cartridge at all .. it flashs with a green light when i insert it but nothing happens afterwards

i also tried to update the firmware to the last version "* Sky3DS+ firmware V112 [02/22/2016]"
but nothing happend .. i hope that you will be able to help me and sorry for the inconvenience ..

Did you make sure to get the correct region roms? Sky3DS doesn't support region free but itself, so if you have roms from a different region they won't show up.

yes i did and it seems that the roms is not the problem here .. the icon it self shows a blank block like there is no cartridge inserted ..

and do this.

iirc, sky3ds+ doesn't support exfat?

you don't need gamelist.bin with latest firmware. just delete it

I suggest a better idea, get a cubic ninja rom and set up homebrew channel. Afterwards, downgrade your 3ds firmware to 9.2 and use cfw like rxtools or reinand

make sure the sd card is in all the way sometimes with sky3ds you have to take the sd out and put it back in and reinsert the game card and push the button again the contacts are very picky.

I don't think the sky3ds shows an icon. You press the button so the games change or something like that.

i tried to push the buttons but nothing happend .. i lost hope of it working .. thank you so much guys for trying to help ..

If the sky3ds plus doesn't show an icon you're probably using the wrong region. Otherwise put your microsd card in your PC and delete the settings.txt file and try again.

I think for the first time you need to hold the button, not press it.

just try to reformat the sd card and put the settings.txt you find in the firmware.rar from sky3ds site. nothing more.

Try a different microsd card, find a smaller one like 4gb. If it still doesn't work then your sky3ds is broken.

what's your sd card brand? if you using sky3ds, better go with sandisk or samsung evo

does it change your game rom into .3ds.bad? i've been reading alot in chinese forums and many are saying sky3ds+ need to upgrade it's firmware, because alot of new game don't run on it
