So, as Gateway released the N3DS exploit yesterday, I had plan to offer my Sky3DS to a friend who have a old 3DS on 9.5.23E.

Problem is that the Sky3DS doesn't seem to work on his 3DS, and I don't really know why.

The Sky3DS is working because I tried it on my own old 3DS 9.5.23E and it works, same on my N3DS, and same on my brother 3DS XL.

On his 3DS, the blue led never give any light. In fact, it gave a light once then nothing.

What could produce that?

All the retail cards works fine so I don't really think it's something with the cart slot, but I'll try though.

I also contacted Sky3DS support to see.

They answered me the same and finally, it seems it was really that. Even if all the retails games work fine on his 3DS, when I put a little piece of paper behind the Sky3DS, it works.

But I also gave him my old non-hack 3DS (which works fine with the Sky3DS) as I now have a N3DS, it was pretty useless to me now.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

    nope

@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
