OK. Why are There Four Skins? Whats The Purpose For Each of them? Which are Newer and Older? Why Does it say (IP Board Not Supported)?

v3 is the most recent/modern and has the most features enabled. The other 2, v1 (Original/Classic) and v2 Lite are older skins from the forum's past. As for the fourth, that's not selectable as it shouldn't be in the list to begin with.
