Hacking Skin Installer keeps freezing

Using stormwave v1.4 skin installer...using the default blue included with download...freezes at about 95% on first bar....any ideas???? PC program wont run and plug in keeps freezing?? Is there a way to do this manually. Sorry for the newb questions!!
