Hacking Simplest solution to play 3ds files?

Hello all,

I am looking for the simplest solution to play 3ds files or cia files on a 2ds with FW 9.2

I do not need online play, and I have no issues disabling wifi (to ensure that the firmware does not get updated by Nintendo).

What is the simplest way?

Can I just install the menuhax and aureinand and it will work?

Will this allow me to play 3ds files off the internal SD card? Or cia files only?

Would there be step by step instructions to how to do this?

if you eant .3ds you need a flashcart

you can use Riku's Simple CIA Converter along with CFW to make any .3ds into a .cia to play.
It's what I use, setting up cfw is way cheaper than buying a flash cart like sky3ds.

You need a Gateway or Sky3DS+ to play .3ds files. You can play .cia files for free using EmuNAND and Custom Firmware though.
