I was having the above error:

titleException:
main.cpp:148: Result: 0xD900182F
Failed to get CIA file info!

I tried hundreds of times and I got it! I'm on 9.2.0.
Persistence is the key guys! Keep Going

Setup:
N3DS XL MM Edition
10.3 firmware
BrowserHax to get MenuHax
Got the downgrade through MenuHax

As memchunkhax is supported for all currently available versions, I'd suggest you to just update, which solves the problem.
Was on 10.0.0 before and did the same thing ;)

So if I update the system right now, I will still be able to downgrade to 9.2 using this tutorial, right? I just want to double check before I do something stupid.

At this point, yes. Nintendo might push an update to their servers some time in the future, then you'll be out of luck.
But for now, it works, as said, I did it as well.

Keep getting this error, anyone know how to fix it?

I just kept trying. New 3DS, PAL. Although I made sysUpdater.3dsx into my boot.3dsx and launched it via browserhax. Try that?

Apparently when I try to downgrade it using sysUpdater 0.4.1 it just displays something really fast before kicking me out to the homebrew menu. If someone knows what's wrong please tell me.

FTBrony with wifi turned on and then running the sysupdater worked for me straight away. Thanks guys. I can't believe that was just coincidence.

Edit: and success, no problems at all. Rebooted to the home menu and it's now running 9.2

Starting FTBrony before running sysupdater doesn't work either. Guess I'll keep trying. :hateit:

Finally got the cias to install, but now I'm on a different problem; it says "Updates installed. Rebooting in 10 seconds...", but it's been on that screen for like three minutes. Should I wait, or reboot? I heard something about rebooting, but I don't know when I should do it.

Go ahead and reboot. This is a common issue.

Ok, lets suppose i don't have any *hax installed on my current 10.3.0.28E Old3ds.
Once i format console+sd, what am i supposed to do?
I'm really confused ...

So after countless black screens, title exception errors, I was able to get it working after doing this specifically:

Formatted my SD card (64GB Sony Class 10) using minitool partition wizard. Primary/Fat32/32kb cluster size. Loaded up menuhax, and it worked on the 1st try. Not sure if I would have the same luck again, but my attempt with another card formatted using SDFormatter did not work at all. Good luck guys.

N3DS 10.3
USA
Installed all CIA's without fail and automatically rebooted to 9.2.

Btw, the SHA1 from the CIA pack that i downloaded doesn't have the question mark at the end. Md5 is equal, tho. Any tips?

I only get the SysUpdater screen and then it freezes i can't do anything no update/downgrade/exit works what to do?
