can i format my 3DS without lossing my NNID?

i'm going to format this because i don't want to spend my whole life trying to make this work

I'm happy for them, I just don't want to risk losing content I've paid for myself out of my own pocket.
Googling around, it seems you can "relink" your NNID to your console after formatting the system and it should be fine. Is this correct?

You won't. You'll be able to relink your NNID later on.

Successful downgrade!
N3DS 10.3E -> 9.2E (used full update pack)
Menuhax -> FTP-3DS (launch then quit) -> Sysupdater (latest build of julian20 as of now)
Worked on first try this way! Thanks to everyone who made this possible!
(Wireless was on BTW. )

is the full update pack the one you can extract from the tpp file?
and do I need to use Julian's build or Steveice's build?

Format your 3ds then do the downgrade, it should work

I put it on downgrade went to do "some stuff" came back to see an error occured on the bottom screen.
Turned off then back on went into the settings and it says 9.2.0-20e.
What is this sorcery?

so, if i understand right: It's impossible to get your 3DS bricked with julian20's build unless you used the wrong CIA files, am i right?

A LOT of people have asked that question already yet noone answers, someone with some knowledge might offer insight on this?

He's version is steveice release + modifications.

My release IS the one from Steive10(he updated it one hour ago). I just added Libkhax and SUlib and compiled it

Humm, I don't know... update to 10.3 and downgrade again, just to be sure. better safe than sorry

No way to know until it happens. It shouldn't brick, but...

Nope, the waiting was for the SUhax version. Just powered off and downloaded the latest version which uses libkhax, and took like a minute to downgrade.
