Worked like a charm. No issues.
Just downgraded from 10.3J to 9.20J (O3DS)
Everything is also still intact except for menuhax it seems.

Yes, all the titles are removed

I was on 10.3. I formatted and then downgraded. it worked.

i got a "failed to get CIA file info" error with the new version you guys posted

is it safe to boot into HOME menu? i am still at Homebrew Channel and i'm afraid to go into HOME menu if it broke

It should be fine. That's a common error on Steveice10's build. I've gotten that like 20+ times.

This is the same error as before. When julian20 uploaded it the first time.
Also @Mrrraou mentioned that this certain app doesn't exploit kernel access.
The question is does it really work as a sysupdater?

Keep hearing from people about how their 3DS ended up getting bricked after some hours of working fine, that really has me worried

I'm using an original 3ds XL on 10.3.0-28U, downgrade is successful, system reboots normally, but when I go into system settings I'm still on 10.3.0-28U

Am I doing something wrong or do I have to keep downgrading until it works?
